Terms & Conditions

Luxury India is asserting all the terms and conditions which will be applicable while doing the reservations or booking of the tour. Please read the statements as we have set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking you to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them. You also need to approve this by signing the last booking form page with asked details of the tour.


1. Making a tour booking & Confirmation process:


- Once you will agree with the tour program or after finalisation of the tour. We will request you to process the booking amount which will vary tour to tour, duration, date, etc. Generally, we ask for 30 to 50 per cent of the amount and if the tour is very near then we need to collect the 100 per cent payment. The same will be communicated to you through email.


- While sharing the request to process the amount, along with we will attach the booking form and condition of the tour. You need to fill the booking form and signed it back to us. We may require the passport copies of each guest so that we can refer the appeared name.


- To be more transparent, we will share the tour Invoice copy where the amount has been bifurcated, though you have the figure that you need to process for your tour.


- Once the payment has been done from your side, you need to share the receipt with us which will be easier for us to trace your payment. We do have different mode available to receive the payment, all would be explained while asking for payment through whichever will be convenient for you accordingly you can opt that.


- After receiving the payment into our account, we will share a confirmation letter to you, along with received amount details (as you know, while doing the international transaction there will be currency fluctuation and inward charges applicable). Further on we will start the hotel booking and other booking and share the status accordingly.


- Subject to availability, you might have seen this term in the tour program. It means that we are not holding any hotel, flight, train booking for you. After


receiving the payment, then after we will start the booking. If any of the hotels are not available, then we will book the same level or standard of hotel and under the purview of our guest (we will email you all the details on the regular measure, for your clarity)


The process of tour confirmation & communication


Step 01:

Selection & finalization of the tour


Step 02:

Process the payment as per requested booking amount and share the booking form along with passport copies (terms and conditions are attached in the email)


Step 03:

After receiving the amount, you will receive the confirmation letter from our end. Bifurcation of tour amount will also be shared.


Step 04:

Hotel confirmation status, flight booking, train booking status will also be shared within a week.


Step 05:

If you still have any questions or would like to add anything, then kindly intimate us. We will check what is the best possibility to bring the change (sometime thing will not fit in). If there is a change in international flight, inform us (as most of the international flight ticket arrangements made by guest itself)


Step 06:

Finalise or settle the balance payment, we will share the final tour Invoice for you and whichever amount will be left the balance, kindly process that (balance should be made before 60days before of arrival)


Step 07:

On the closing date, we will share the arrival assistance details which say who will meet you at the airport


2.Tour price (Inclusions & Exclusions):


-Well, we believe that you have already been through the Inclusion and exclusion part which stated in the tour program as it will be considered as final from our end. Whatever comes in inclusions of the tour that shall deliver you as it is. Exclusions means whichever stated there that will not be included in tour quote, if you needed the same then an extra charge applies.


-Inclusions: We always include accommodation, transport, assistance and some extra activities (depending upon the tour and guest would like to perform the activities or not accordingly we will include).


The Tour guide, Monument entrances and any other extra services are only included once the guest agreed upon or consented. All the guest would not require all the services though inclusion part will only finalise after consent of our guest.


-Exclusions: We always exclude the International airfare, tipping, professional camera fee, foreign currency fluctuation. Sometimes we need to do the modification as per the guest. Hence, please refer to your exclusion part. If you would have any question, immediately send us..


  1. Advance payment & Balance payment:


-To secure the tour, we request our guest to process the 30 to 50 per cent of the tour booking. It varies from tour to tour, duration and how early you are holding this tour.


-By seeing all these things, we decide the amount should require from you to secure the tour booking on the confirmation basis.


-Balance payment – A Guest has to process the balance amount 70 to 60 days prior to arrival. If the guest is booking the tour on the closing date of arrival, then you need to settle the 100 per cent amount.


- Sometimes, guest are requested to pay the balance payable upon arrival and this type of decision will be taken after seeing the tour amount, duration and other measures. Until we will specify in the email regarding cash or card payment upon arrival in India, you are entitled to clear all the balance payment of the tour as per the set norm of 70 to 60days and failing same, then we are liable to put this tour on cancellations (we will intimate you before proceeding with cancellation and as everything will be done under your purview). Cancellation will be proceeded as per our set the policy (cancellation policy specified below)


  1. Mode of Payment & Conditions:


To receive the payment from you. We use the following mode of payments, one by one we explain about its conditions as well so that you will be aware of it before proceeding with the payment part.

2Card Payment (payment link)

3Cash payment (arrangement to make the cash the payment or upon arrival)


Bank transfer, we will share our banking details, and you need to transfer the payment through your bank. A tour quote will always be specified in your currency or USD (until you ask to quote in INR) so that it will be convenient for you to transfer the amount. As you are doing the International transaction, then due to currency fluctuation and inward or the outward charge has brought the 01 or 02 per cent (-+) difference in payment accordingly we will convey you.


-Card Payment- We do have the option to accept your payment through cards. A payment link will be shared with you for your convenience. But while accepting the payment through the card, the bank will charge the gateway fee of 03 per cent. Though, it has to be borne by you.


-Cash Payment- you can also pay the tour amount in cash. You can contact your friend in India who can make the payment on behalf of you. Sometime, we will collect the payment upon arrival in cash (it depends upon the tour duration and amount)

  1. Cancellations & Refund policy:

  1. Changes or Alterations by you:


- We request you to do less alteration as possible. There are two types of alteration one arises because of a flight delay, flight changes that can be acceptable and to adjusting that we need to add the one night more or whatsoever will be done, we will proceed with the same. If there will be supplement charges applicable then the same will be communicated to you.


-Another would be depending upon you, likewise cancelling stay at particular places or adding any places and re-shuffling. Though, we cannot guarantee that we would able to bring the changes without charging you a certain amount. After receiving requests from you, then we will check all the measure and whatever will be the best possibilities that will present in front you. The rest would be your decision.


  1. Special Request:


- You are requested to kindly let us know that if you need any special arrangement from our side. It could be related to your birthday, marriage anniversary celebrations.


-You may write to us about any activities that you would like to while in India.

Any assistance such as Wheelchair, baby seater, Mountain Sickness, illness, Bedding size, Diet, allergic things etc.

  1. Alterations or Changes to your Holidays by us:


-We always try to avoid the changes in your holidays. But sometime situation may arise which are not favourable and we need to do the alteration the tour.


- For Instance, if there will be disturbance due to a natural disaster, then we would not suggest the same destination and immediately inform you about it. Whatever alternative tour program will be available for another region would be suggested. Tour amount will also be adjusted accordingly, alternative tour might be lower in cost or higher in quote hence we will decide either we need to refund your amount or ask for the difference amount.


-If the flight schedule change or get cancelled and it disturbs the tour program – Though we will bring the best alteration as possible.


-Whatever, alteration we will do it should be in your favour and without having any hassle in your tour. We will keep you updated and all things will be done by taking your consent only.


09. Force Majeure:


-Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of “force majeure”. In these booking conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, whether actual or threatened, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.


  1. Liability & Responsibility:


-Luxury India and its operators and agents will assume NO liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregularity or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, failure of any means of transportation to adhere to schedules, quarantines, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, government regulations, or changes in transport and lodging beyond our reasonable control. Luxury India reverses the right to change any itinerary at any time when it is deemed advisable for the safety of the guest or the group to comply with government restrictions.
